The Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau is prepared to assist with virtually all of your requests to make your convention, military reunion or event enjoyable for attendees and the planner.

The Convention Sales Department will work with you to coordinate with your chosen facilities and suppliers. To qualify for the following services, your group must have a minimum of 25 rooms blocked on peak night at a Springfield hotel or motel unless otherwise noted.
